I believe that there is a great deal of luck involved in the career path of most individuals. Certainly, in my case, it was fortunate that after eight years in various agencies I crossed the threshold of what was to become the largest advertising agency in the world. The famous (and sometimes infamous) Saatchi & Saatchi.
Martin Cole – Managing Director
From starting as a sales assistant at Essex Fm in 1991 to Media Director of Rathbone Media in 2007! I spent 3 ½ years within the Essex Fm Group. Working on a local level, selling directly to clients gave me a good understanding of what the majority of clients that own their own business expect in terms of results and service.
Stuart Cole – Managing Director
My advertising career began at LWT and during my time there (4 years) much change was happening within the TV world and Granada bought LWT, Yorkshire Tyne Tees and Border. So towards the end of my time in sales, I worked across 5 of the 13 ITV regions.
